2. The water temperature for the use of polyaluminium chloride generally needs to be controlled at 20-30℃. The higher the water temperature, the faster the dissolution rate. When the water temperature is lower than 5℃, the flocculation effect of polyaluminium chloride is relatively poor.
3. PH value: For polyaluminium chloride, the suitable PH value is 6.4-7.8.
4. Stirring: There are three stages in the flocculation process of polyaluminium chloride, namely mixing, reaction and separation. The mixing stage requires high-intensity stirring, the purpose is to allow polyaluminium chloride to diffuse quickly and evenly to form flocculation; slow stirring is required in the reaction stage,which can provide opportunities for the flocculation process and prevent the flocculation.
5. Dosage: The dosage of polyaluminium chloride is particular. Too much or too little will not achieve the expected effect. You can use 1000 ml of sewage to do a small test to measure the specific amount of polyaluminium chloride used, so that you can achieve twice the result with half the effort in water purification.
