Water quality analysis after purification using polyaluminium chloride

‌We all know that polyaluminium chloride can purify sewage, can be used in water companies, and can be used in water plants. The coagulation and sedimentation tests conducted with various polyaluminium chloride and ferric chloride products investigated showed that the water quality analysis after cooling showed that even when the dosage exceeded 1-2 times the normal production dosage, the reaction time was insufficient, and the sedimented water was not filtered, the water quality after polyaluminium chloride purification still met the sanitary standards for drinking water in all aspects. The water quality purified by ferric chloride also met the sanitary standards for drinking water except for iron and manganese. The water samples treated by polyaluminium chloride coagulation and sedimentation generally showed an increase in iron and manganese, and some water samples treated by polyaluminium chloride coagulation and sedimentation also showed a slight increase in iron, which could be reduced if filtered. Compared with ferric chloride, polyaluminium chloride has a less decrease in the pH value of purified water and a lower content of iron and manganese.
