After purification, the raw water meets the national drinking water standards, and the content of cations and anions in the treated water is low, which is conducive to ion exchange treatment and the preparation of high-purity water. It has good solubility and high activity, and the alum flowers formed by coagulation in the water body are large and settle quickly, Compared to other inorganic flocculants, it has a purification ability 2-3 times greater, less corrosiveness, and is easy to operate. It can improve the labor intensity and conditions of the dosing process, and can achieve good coagulation effects on heavily polluted or low turbidity, high turbidity, and high chromaticity raw water. Its alkalinity is higher than other aluminum and iron salts, so the corrosive effect of the medicine on the equipment is small, and the pH and alkalinity of the treated water decrease less.
Efficient polyaluminum chloride should be stored in a dry, sun free, and well ventilated warehouse. It should not be mixed with strong alkaline chemicals. Liquid products should be transported to the warehouse by tank trucks or packaging drums, and can be directly added as needed. Solid products should be diluted with water according to actual needs (depending on the specific process design and work site conditions) to form a solution with an alumina content of 5% -15%. The solution should be added through a dosing system (such as a metering pump) or directly into the water to be treated.
